Moving to a much larger place Fall

| The Studio is a shared studio space, primarily for photographers &
artists. It is located downtown at 917 SW Oak Street, Suite 214 (the building is cattycorner from Powell's Books, but the entrance is on Oak St.) Membership is limited to 10 artists , and the cost is $100 a month (this will go down if we have full membership). First & Last months rent (non-refundable) due at signing, plus key deposit. - Total move in $220.00 Membership guarantees you up to 48 hours a month access to the studio (that's $2.10 an hour! Most studios in Portland charge between $20 and $40 an hour!) $20 key deposit, refundable when you turn in all your keys Scheduling is self contained using a Google calendar, just log in & book your time slots you want. Upon joining the co-op, you will get the codes for the building & the studio, so you can come & go as necessary, without depending on someone to meet you & let you in. We do ask that you do not hog all the weekend days, to begin with, we'll try pre-booking of only one weekend day (9am to 5pm) per month (more if we have less people), once we see where everyone's needs are, the restriction could be lifted. If a weekend day has not been booked, feel free to take it 72 hrs before the day, even if it is an extra day for you.
